Refund policy
We want you to feel confident shopping with Bewitched Curiosities. Most items are made to order, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
Return Window — You have 14 days from delivery to email us at support@bewitchedcuriosities.com to request a return, and an additional 14 days to return the item.
How to Request a Return — Include your order number, photos if the item arrived damaged/incorrect, and a brief description. Please wait for our reply with return instructions before sending anything—unauthorised returns aren’t accepted.
Return Shipping — If we made a mistake or the item is damaged/defective, we cover the return shipping costs. For all other returns (e.g., change of mind), return shipping is at your expense. We do not charge restocking fees.
Condition on Return — Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging (including any tags).

Damages & Issues — Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us within 7 days if you find anything damaged, defective, or incorrect, so we can resolve the issue promptly.
Exceptions (non-returnable) — Custom/personalised products; gift cards; sale items (final sale); perishable goods; personal care items; hazardous materials/flammables.
Exchanges — If a replacement is needed due to damage or our error, we’ll ship a new item once the return is received and inspected.
Refunds — After we receive and approve your return, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the credit.
Note: Bewitched Curiosities is a UK-based business. Fulfillment and returns are handled through our U.S. facility. Please contact us before returning any items so we can guide you through the correct process.
