Can I return my item?

Made-to-Order Items: As the vast majority of our products are made to order, returns are accepted only for items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error. We have a 28-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your order to cancel without giving any reason for doing so and a further 14 days to return the goods.

Once the item has reached manufacturing and shipped, the order cannot be canceled.

How do I return my item?

Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at support@bewitchedcuriosities.com. Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Photos of the item if damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • A brief description of the issue.

Once your return is approved, you must return the item in its original packaging at your own cost. If, however, the fault is on our end, you will not need to pay for shipping.

Please note - return requests outside of this window will not be accepted.

Our production team will inspect the item, and we will contact you if there are any issues.

Can I get a refund or exchange?

Refunds:

Once the returned item is inspected and approved, we will process your refund using the original payment method. Refunds may take 5-10 business days to reflect in your account. Please note the following:

Refunds can only be issued if the wrong item has been sent to you or if the item you received was damaged in transit.

Exchanges:

If you prefer an exchange for the same item, we will ship a replacement after the return has been received and inspected by our production team. Please note the following:

Replacements/exchanges can only be made on orders where the problem is on Our end, or the item arrived damaged.

We cannot be held responsible for Goods damaged or lost in return shipment. Therefore, We recommend an insured and trackable mail service. We are unable to issue a refund without actual receipt of the Goods or proof of received return delivery.

If I return the item, what are the shipping costs?

For Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items: We will cover the return shipping costs.

For General Returns: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Are there restrictions on what I can return?

  • Discounted items are final sale.

What are the conditions for a return?

We want you to be 100% happy with your item, but if something isn't quite right and you need to send the item back to us, you must include the following in your return:

  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.
  • Return requests for issues caused by incorrect usage, accidental damage, or normal wear and tear cannot be accepted.
  • The supply of Goods which according to their nature are not suitable to be returned, deteriorate rapidly or where the date of expiry is over.
  • The supply of Goods which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in Our sole discretion.

What are your shipping times?

USA - Economy can take 4 - 8 business days, whereas standard delivery can take 2 - 5 business days. Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and unincorporated territories of the United States can take an additional 7 – 12 business days.

Worldwide production and deliveries can take 10-30 business days to arrive.
